Kelly & Aaron’s wedding photography at the Savoy Hotel London was a joy to attend, every aspect of the day was elegant and beautiful.
We started off by photographing Kelly as she prepared for the big day, which we feel is a great way to set the scene for any wedding – as the narrative begins in this setting the buzz and excitement is almost tangible. We love details shots and so couldn’t resist capturing all the little details; not least of which were a pair of stunning Jimmy Choo shoes, and a quirky hanger for the wedding dress. We opted for low light shots to show off the gorgeous long wedding dress by Pronovias, alternated with some high key shots of Kelly’s hair.
Aaron looked very dapper in his double breasted 3 piece suit, again it was the little details like the chain and pocket watch that really made it special. Before long Kelly was making her way with her father to the ceremony, where all waited expectantly and greeted her with broad smiles and gasps of approval. During the ceremony, and indeed throughout the rest of the wedding day, there was such a natural chemistry between Kelly & Aaron, it really was a pleasure to photograph them.
The Savoy provided many great locations for some natural portraits of the newly wed couple, which we took full advantage of. We won’t post photos of dinner, dancing & the speeches here, but they were fantastic and we look forward to sharing them with Kelly & Aaron privately!
